Immersion, OJT Students culminate sessions via Exit Conference Program

The Western Cagayan School of Arts and Trades and San Lorenzo Ruiz Educational Institute’s on-the-job trainees deployed at Cagayan State University-Lasam, successfully completed their 10-day trainings and sessions.

This program is a graduation requirement that allows students to immerse themselves in real-world tasks.

As a sign of this remarkable partnership, CSU-Lasam offices extended heartfelt recognition and gratitude to the students. The send-off program began with opening remarks from Ms. Jennelyn L. Alnajes, Administrative Officer V, who highlighted the skills and commendable performance of the trainees working in various offices alongside competent professionals.

Additionally, student-representatives from WCSAT and SLREI shared their messages and experiences, reflecting on their adventurous journey. They spoke about completing their required hours of work and successfully executing tasks until the very last day.

Mr. DJ Mark Garcia, WCSAT Immersion Coordinator, emphasized in his message, that “Gratitude is the memory of the heart.” This was immediately followed by the awarding of tokens of appreciation and certificates for the immersionists.

The program concluded with inspiring closing remarks from CEO Prof. Florante Victor M. Balatico, who wished the students the best of luck, motivated them, and left them with lasting memories of their cherished experiences.
