To review the current operational strategies and identify areas for improvement, the Office Heads of Cagayan State University (CSU)- Lasam had its Operational Planning Session at Arinaya White Beach Resort, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte on May 29-30, 2024.
Said activity was attended by Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Office of the University; Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado, and Dr. Florentina S. Dumlao, University Technical Consultants.
Dr. Florante Victor M. Balatico, Campus Executive Officer of CSU-Lasam, emphasized in his Opening Remarks the significance of corroborative planning with the core and support team to ensure accomplishment of targets despite various constraints.
Moreover, Dr. Ibañez encouraged the participants to be more committed and motivated in performing the assigned duties and responsibilities, as these will be contributory factors in the attainment of the set objectives.
Furthermore, Dr. Alvarado and Dr. Dumlao discussed the 5 Models of University and Preparation of Annual Operational Plan respectively during the Plenary Sessions.
The 2-day activity concluded with Presentation of Work and Financial Plans, Statement of Commitments, and Team Building Activities.
