Cagayan State University- Lasam Campus held 2025 Cascading of Targets along State University and Colleges (SUC) Levelling, Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) and other Strategic Priorities at the Dr. Andres R. Pasion (DARP) Hall yesterday, February 6, 2025.
Prof. Florante Victor M. Balatico, Campus Executive Officer (CEO) delivered his opening remarks and recognized the hard work of the faculty and staff in achieving the goals of the campus.
Catherine Luga, Planning Officer ll, presented a comprehensive overview of the campus' accomplishments in 2024, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. This was followed by the Deans of the three colleges: Assoc. Prof. Wilfredo M. Perciano, Dean of the College of Industrial Technology (CIT); Assoc. Prof. Jake G. Maggay, Dean of the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS); and Assoc. Prof. Judelyn U. Cantor, Dean of the College of Teacher Education (CTED), who each presented their Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and their 2025 targets along with their plans and strategies on how to achieve the said target.
Furthermore, Faith Yang, Campus Budget Officer, provided a detailed presentation on the campus’ budget distribution, ensuring transparency and alignment with the institution’s goals.
The meeting served as a vital platform for setting the direction for 2025 and reinforcing the collaborative effort of the community in achieving shared success.
