With the aim of assessing the campus's performance for the first half of the year and identifying areas for improvement, Cagayan State University-Lasam Campus conducted its Mid-Year Performance Review, Gender Transformative Team Building, and Training on the Faculty and Staff Development Plan (FSDP) and Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) at Rang-Ay Eco Adventure and Resort, Rizal, Kalinga, on August 12-13, 2024.
Dr. Florante Victor M. Balatico, Campus Executive Officer of CSU Lasam, and Jennylyn L. Alnajes, Campus Training Officer, discussed the significance of preparing and implementing the FSDP and the preparation and execution of the PPMP, respectively.
Moreover, Atty. Marcelo C. Cabildo, Attorney VI of CSC R02, lectured on RA 11313, the "Safe Spaces Act," and the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) during the second day of the event, with the aim of promoting gender equality.
Additionally, to foster stronger camaraderie and collaboration among the employees, participants engaged in team-building activities.
