Faculty, staff attend Target Cascading, Echo Seminar on RA 9184

CSU Lasam faculty and staff attended sessions on target setting and cascading and an echo session on the salient features of Republic Act 9184 to promote transparency and efficiency in procurement processes.

The session started with the opening remarks by CEO Florante Victor M. Balatico, PhD, who emphasized the importance of adherence to RA 9184 in ensuring fairness and accountability in all procurement endeavors.

He also welcomed Ms. Alice Collado Bassig, the new campus accountant.

Moreover, Ms. Catherine C. Luga, campus planning officer, discussed the performance targets for KRA 1, 2, and 5, PBB, DBM, and Strat Plan.

Asst. Prof. John Carlo L. Banan, research coordinator, discussed KR3, and Assoc. Prof. Bernard P. Madarang, extension coordinator discussed KR4.

Ms. Jennelyn L. Alnajes, administrative officer V, discussed the salient features of RA 9184.

A general assembly also followed after said sessions.
