The university RDE officials attended the campus in-house review of proposals and ongoing researches on May 8, 2024, with the theme “Innovation for impact, showcasing research for a better future.”
CEO Prof. Florante Victor M. Balatico warmly welcomed the evaluators and the participants and expressed his sincerest gratitude for the conduct of the event.
He stressed the value of research, especially for faculty members who will do their researches in addition to their areas of expertise.
“I will encourage you all to conduct more research and collaborate with other researchers,” he stated.
Asst. Prof. John Carlo L. Banan, Campus Research and KTM Coordinator, discussed the rationale and mechanics of the paper presentation for RDE.
The participants presented their research and extension projects as they were evaluated by Dr. Jhoanna B. Calubaquib, University Director for Research, Dr. Gilbert C. Magulod Jr., University Director for Knowledge Technology and Management, and CEO Balatico, who served as panelists.
The session ended with the awarding of certificates and tokens to the panelists.
