LASAM, CAGAYAN– The CSU-Lasam campus was alive with festivities yesterday, June 11, 2024 as it celebrated the 46th Founding Anniversary of Cagayan State University with the theme “Celebrating CSU’s Growth and Resiliency Through the Years.”
The celebration kicked off with a tree-planting activity, followed by a Zumba dance exercise setting a lively and communal tone for the day.
Inst. Leonida G. Paat, CSC Co-Adviser, emphasized in her Opening Remarks the significant milestones achieved by CSU over the past 46 years.
Assoc. Prof. Dolores C. Quebral, CTED Faculty Member, took the audience back in time as she highlighted the legacy and evolution of CSU Lasam and paid tribute to the individuals who have contributed to its growth and success, as she shared a narrative anchored with “CSU Lasam Through the Years: Remembering Our Roots and Heritage.”
Further, Mrs. Catherine M. Salva, Campus HRMO, delivered a closing message, remarking that the anniversary is not only a celebration of collective achievements, but also a source of inspiration for the future.
