Cagayan State University Lasam- Campus joins the celebration of the 2025 National Women's Month with a theme, "Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas".
Campus Student Council (CSC) President John Mark C. Bulao delivered his opening remarks centering on honoring women who inspire, make a difference, and fight against inequality.
Furthermore, Dr. Michelle P. Soriano, Campus Gender and Development (GAD) Coordinator talked about recognizing the strength of women in leading the society.
"Sa bagong Pilipinas na ating hinuhulma, hindi kailanman maaaring maiwan ang kababaihan, sa halip sila ay kailangang manguna, makilahok at manindigan bilang magiting na tinig ng pag-asa" the Campus GAD Coordinator stated.
Meanwhile, video highlights were presented as a tribute to the celebration, which was followed by the awarding of certificates of appreciation to the remarkable women of the faculty and staff of CSU Lasam.
