CSU- Lasam offices undergo ISO internal audit

To further assess the improvement and development of its offices in providing clients and students with high-quality services, Cagayan State University (CSU)-Lasam underwent second ISO internal audit on June 25, 2024, in preparation for the incoming external audit.

The Audit Team visited thirty-four offices to inspect areas that required development, including the offices’ opportunities based on the previous assessment during the first ISO Audit.

Headed by the lead auditor Dr. Ronald L. Cachero, the internal auditors spent their time with the process owners of CSU-Lasam to ensure the credibility of each office.

After the office visit, the auditors provided their feedback on the improving areas and other support services.
