The Cagayan State University Lasam (CSU Lasam) Campus received from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) the Silver Award of the 2023 ARTA Report Card Survey (RCS) on October 30, 2024.
Obtaining a very satisfactory rating, CSU Lasam was included among State Universities that demonstrated exemplary compliance with the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law, showing its commitment to delivering quality service.
CEO Florante Victor M. Balatico expressed his gratitude and recognized the efforts of CSU Lasam Community in the fulfillment of the endeavor.
“Mula po sa ating lahat ang sakripisyo at pagkilos. Para po sa ating lahat itong pagkilala at parangal. Maraming maraming salamat po sa isa na namang tagumpay ng CSU Lasam team," the CEO stated.
RCS 2.0 is a scorecard of government agencies that measures their effective implementation of the Citizen’s Charter and their efficiency of government service delivery.
